Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora · European Union

(1) Wird auf diesen Artikel Bezug genommen, so gelten die Artikel 5 und 7 des Beschlusses 1999/468/EG ( 1 ) unter Beachtung von dessen Artikel 8. Der Zeitraum nach Artikel 5 Absatz 6 des Beschlusses 1999/468/EG wird auf drei Monate festgesetzt. (2) Der Ausschuss gibt sich eine Geschäftsordnung.
