Technical adaptations and implementation of this Directive The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 20a to amend Annexes I and III and Section 1.3.6 of Annex V in order to adapt the information requirements related to competent authorities, the content of the economic analysis and the selected monitoring standards, respectively, to scientific and technical progress.
