The Commission shall adopt implementing acts listing units which have been considered eligible by the ICAO Council and that fulfil the conditions set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article. The Commission shall also adopt implementing acts to update that list, as appropriate. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 22a(2).
