For the purposes of carrying out its obligations under Article 3c(4) and Articles 3g, 3gd, 3ge, 3gf, 3gg and 18a, the Commission, the administering Member State and administering authorities in respect of a shipping company may request the assistance of EMSA or another relevant organisation and may conclude to that effect any appropriate agreements with those organisations.
