The Commission may by decision impose on the persons referred to in Article 3(1)b, undertakings or associations of undertakings, periodic penalty payments not exceeding 5 % of the average daily aggregate turnover of the undertaking or association of undertakings concerned within the meaning of Article 5 for each working day of delay, calculated from the date set in the decision, in order to compel them: to supply complete and correct information which it has requested by decision taken pursuant to Article 11(3); to submit to an inspection which it has ordered by decision taken pursuant to Article 13(4); to comply with an obligation imposed by decision pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), Article 7(3) or Article 8(2), second subparagraph; or; to comply with any measures ordered by decision pursuant to Article 8(4) or (5).
