Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 of 20 January 2004 on the control of concentrations between undertakings (the EC Merger Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 May 2004.
