Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 of 20 January 2004 on the control of concentrations between undertakings (the EC Merger Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission may revoke the decision it has taken pursuant to paragraphs 1 or 2 where: the declaration of compatibility is based on incorrect information for which one of the undertakings is responsible or where it has been obtained by deceit; or the undertakings concerned commit a breach of an obligation attached to the decision.
