COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax · European Union

Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 10 ) and for this purpose the committee shall be the committee established by Article 58 of Council Regulation (EU) No 904/2010 ( 11 ).
