COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax · European Union
The Commission shall adopt an implementing act establishing a standardised form for the submission of the notification for the QRM special measure referred to in paragraph 2 and of the information referred to in the first subparagraph of paragraph 2. That implementing act shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in paragraph 5.
