Bei der Anwendung des Absatzes 1 oder des Absatzes 2 stellen die Mitgliedstaaten sicher, dass der Grenzwert für jeden Schadstoff nicht um mehr als die für jeden der betroffenen Schadstoffe in Anhang XI festgelegte maximale Toleranzmarge überschritten wird.
