1.5. | Emission limit values (mg/Nm3) for carbon monoxide (CO) in the waste gases: (a) 50 as daily average value; (b) 100 as half-hourly average value; (c) 150 as 10-minute average value. The competent authority may authorise exemptions from the emission limit values set out in this point for waste incineration plants using fluidised bed technology, provided that the permit sets an emission limit value for carbon monoxide (CO) of not more than 100 mg/Nm3 as an hourly average value.
