(78) Measures taken on the basis of this Directive should be without prejudice to measures taken in accordance with Directive 2001/24/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 April 2001 on the reorganisation and winding up of credit institutions OJ L 125, 5.5.2001, p. 15. . Supervisory measures should not lead to discrimination among creditors from different Member States.
