Findet Artikel 10 Anwendung, so muss die Zentralorganisation im Sinne jenes Artikels die Pflichten nach Teil 8 auf Basis der konsolidierten Lage der Zentralorganisation erfüllen. Auf die Zentralorganisation findet Artikel 18 Absatz 1 Anwendung, die angeschlossenen Institute werden als Tochterunternehmen der Zentralorganisation behandelt.
