DIRECTIVE 2014/23/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 26 February 2014 on the award of concession contracts (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission shall be assisted by the Advisory Committee for Public Procurement established by Council Decision 71/306/EEC ( 16 ). That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. Where reference is made to this Article, Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply.
