Notices referred to in Articles 67, 68, 69, 70, 92 and 96 shall be published by the Publications Office of the European Union or by the contracting entities in the event of a periodic indicative notice published on a buyer profile in accordance with Article 67(1). In addition, contracting entities may publish this information on the internet on a ‘buyer profile’ as referred to in point 2(b) below;
