The Commission shall adopt implementing acts specifying: the date to be taken as the date of publication in the European Union Trade Marks Bulletin; the manner of publication of entries regarding the registration of a trade mark which do not contain changes as compared to the publication of the application; the forms in which editions of the Official Journal of the Office may be made available to the public.
