Article 129

REGULATION (EU) 2017/1001 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2017 on the European Union trade mark (codification) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The EU trade mark courts shall apply the provisions of this Regulation. On all trade mark matters not covered by this Regulation, the relevant EU trade mark court shall apply the applicable national law. Unless otherwise provided for in this Regulation, an EU trade mark court shall apply the rules of procedure governing the same type of action relating to a national trade mark in the Member State in which the court is located.
