in Article 125, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. Information received within the framework of supervision on a consolidated basis, and in particular any exchange of information between competent authorities which is provided for in this Directive, shall be subject to professional secrecy requirements at least equivalent to those referred to in Article 53(1) of this Directive for credit institutions or under Article 15 of Directive (EU) 2019/2034.’;
