DIRECTIVE (EU) 2020/1828 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 November 2020 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers and repealing Directive 2009/22/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The electronic database referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article shall be directly accessible to the extent relevant, respectively, for: the national contact points referred to in Article 5(5); courts and administrative authorities, if necessary under national law; qualified entities designated by the Member States for the purpose of bringing domestic representative actions and cross-border representative actions; and the Commission.
