Article 17

DIRECTIVE (EU) 2020/1828 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 November 2020 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers and repealing Directive 2009/22/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall ensure that representative actions for injunctive measures referred to in Article 8 are dealt with with due expediency. Representative actions for injunctive measures referred to in point (a) of Article 8(1) shall, if appropriate, be dealt with by way of a summary procedure.
