DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

8. Member States may determine that Article 8(3), points (d), (e) and (f), Article 10(5), Article 11(4) and Article 21(3) do not apply to one or more of the following credit agreements: credit agreements involving a total amount of credit of less than EUR 200; credit agreements where credit is granted free of interest and without any other charges; credit agreements under the terms of which credit has to be repaid within three months and only insignificant charges are payable.
