(20) Moreover, all credit agreements up to EUR 100 000 should be included in the scope of this Directive. The upper threshold of credit agreements set out in this Directive should be higher than the one set out in Directive 2008/48/EC in order to take into account the indexation for the effects of inflation since 2008 and for the coming years.
