Recital 37
(37) Pre-contractual information should be provided through the Standard European Consumer Credit Information form set out in Annex I to this Directive. To help consumers understand and compare different offers, the key elements of the credit should be provided in a prominent way on the first page of that form, through which consumers should see all essential information at a glance, even on the screen of a mobile telephone. In case all of the key elements cannot be displayed in a prominent way on one page, they should be displayed in the first part of the Standard European Consumer Credit Information form on two pages at most. Information provided in that form should be clear, clearly legible and adapted to the technical constraints of certain media such as mobile telephone screens. It should be displayed in an adequate and suitable way on the different channels, to ensure that every consumer can access information on an equal basis and in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council (10).
