DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

(8) This Directive complements the rules set out in Directive 2002/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (4). In order to ensure legal certainty, it should be clarified that in the event of conflict between the provisions of this Directive and those of that Directive, the provisions of this Directive, as lex specialis, should apply.
