THIRD COUNTRIES AND TERRITORIES OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THIS REGULATION This Regulation shall not apply to goods originating in the following countries: — Iceland — Liechtenstein — Norway — Switzerland This Regulation shall not apply to goods originating in the following territories: — Büsingen — Heligoland — Livigno — Ceuta — Melilla 2.
