10. The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 45 to supplement this Regulation by specifying, in particular: the access to the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System; the operation of the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System; the information to be entered in the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System; the requirements notifications must meet; and the criteria for assessment of the level of risk.
