(31) In Ermangelung europäischer Normen sollte das nationale Recht des Mitgliedstaats, in dem das Produkt auf dem Markt bereitgestellt wird, zur Festlegung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsanforderungen mit dem Unionsrecht, insbesondere den Artikeln 34 und 36 AEUV, in Einklang stehen.
