REGULATION (EU) 2023/1230 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2023 on machinery and repealing Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Directive 73/361/EEC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. A notified body shall inform the notifying authority of the following: any refusal, restriction, suspension or withdrawal of an EU type-examination certificate, quality system approval decision or unit verification certificate; any circumstances affecting the scope of, or the conditions for, its notification; any request for information which it has received from market surveillance authorities regarding its conformity assessment activities; on request, any conformity assessment activities performed within the scope of its notification and any other activity performed, including cross-border activities and subcontracting.
