1. Member States shall ensure that asset recovery offices respond to requests for information made pursuant to Article 9(1) as soon as possible and in any event within the following time limits: seven calendar days, for all requests that are not urgent; eight hours, for urgent requests relating to information referred to in Article 6 that is stored in databases and registers to which those asset recovery offices have direct access; three calendar days, for urgent requests relating to information to which those asset recovery offices do not have direct access.
