in Article 83, the following paragraph is added: ‘4. Competent authorities shall ensure that institutions conduct an ex ante assessment of any crypto-asset exposure they intend to take on and of the adequacy of existing processes and procedures to manage market risk, and report on those assessments to their competent authority.’ ;
