the following paragraph is added: ‘4. EBA shall issue guidelines, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, to specify how competent authorities can identify whether the credit valuation adjustment risk of institutions, referred to in Article 381 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, poses excessive risks to the soundness of those institutions.’ ;
