paragraph 8 is amended as follows: point (c) is replaced by the following: ; the systemic risk buffer is not to be used to address any of the following: risks that are covered by Articles 130 and 131 of this Directive; risks that are fully covered by the calculation set out in Article 92(3) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;’ the following point is added: ; where a systemic risk buffer applies to the total risk exposure amount of an institution and that institution becomes bound by the output floor, its competent authority or designated authority shall review, by a date no later than the date of the biennial review referred to in point (b) of this paragraph, the institution’s systemic risk buffer requirement in order to ensure that its calibration remains appropriate.’
