4. The methodology for classifying inherent and residual risk profiles shall be established separately for at least the following categories of obliged entities: credit institutions; bureaux de change; collective investment undertakings; credit providers other than credit institutions; e-money institutions; investment firms; payment institutions; life insurance undertakings; life insurance intermediaries; crypto-asset service providers; other financial institutions.
