In Artikel 204 wird folgender Absatz angefügt: „(3) Erstausfall- sowie alle anderen n-ter-Ausfall-Kreditderivate gelten im Rahmen dieses Kapitels nicht als anerkennungsfähige Arten der Absicherung ohne Sicherheitsleistung.“
