the following subparagraph is inserted after the first subparagraph: ‘A validation unit, which is separate from the risk control unit referred to in the first subparagraph, point (b), shall conduct the initial and ongoing validation of any internal risk-measurement model used in the alternative internal model approach for the purposes of this Chapter.’ ;
