Article 447 is amended as follows: point (a) is replaced by the following: ; the composition of their own funds and their risk-based capital ratios as calculated in accordance with Article 92(2);’ the following point is inserted: ; where applicable, the risk-based capital ratios as calculated in accordance with Article 92(2), by using the un-floored total risk exposure amount instead of the total risk exposure amount;’ point (b) is replaced by the following: ; the total risk exposure amount as calculated in accordance with Article 92(3) and, where applicable, the un-floored total risk exposure amount as calculated in accordance with Article 92(4);’ point (d) is replaced by the following: ; the combined buffer requirement which the institutions are required to hold in accordance with Chapter 4 of Title VII of Directive 2013/36/EU;’
