paragraph 4 is replaced by the following: ‘4. Participations in institutions and financial institutions managed by an undertaking included in the consolidation together with one or more undertakings not included in the consolidation shall be consolidated proportionally according to the share of capital held, where the liability of those undertakings is limited to the share of the capital they hold.’ ;
