the following paragraph is inserted: ‘2a. By 10 July 2028, EBA shall issue guidelines, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, on what constitutes types of exposures that are immaterial in terms of size and perceived risk profile.’ ;
