3. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 85 to supplement Article 2(1), point (34), where the lists notified by Member States pursuant to paragraph 1 identify common additional categories of prominent public functions and those categories of prominent public functions are of relevance for the Union as a whole. When drawing up delegated acts pursuant to the first subparagraph, the Commission shall consult AMLA.
