1. For sales, grouped and transport packaging: quantities, for each packaging categories of packaging generated within the Member State (tonnage produced, imported and stored, less tonnage exported) (Table 1); quantities of reusable packaging (Table 2). 2. For sales, grouped and transport packaging waste: for each packaging category (Table 3): quantities of packaging made available on the territory of the Member State for the first time or of packaging from which products were unpacked by a producer who is not an end user; quantities of generated packaging waste; quantities of packaging disposed of, recovered, and recycled; the annual consumption of very lightweight plastic carrier bags, lightweight plastic carrier bags and thick plastic carrier bags per capita, separately for each category, as laid down in Article 56(1), point (b), (Table 4); separate collection rate of the packaging formats covered by the deposit return systems, as laid down in Article 50(1), (Table 5).
