2. Economic operators shall be able to provide the information referred to in paragraph 1, point (a), as follows: as regards single use packaging: for 5 years from the date they supplied or were supplied with the packaging; as regards reusable packaging: for 10 years from the date they have supplied or been supplied with the reusable packaging.
