| 37) | Do undertakings also have to mark-up Article 8 Taxonomy Regulation disclosures? Yes. Article 29d of the Accounting Directive requires undertakings that have to publish a sustainability statement in their management report to mark-up their sustainability statement, including the disclosures provided for in Article 8 of the Taxonomy Regulation, in accordance with the digital taxonomy to be specified by way of an amendment to the ESEF Delegated Regulation.
