| 13. | Any authoritative interpretation of Article 28(1) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 may only be given by the Court of Justice of the European Union, which amongst others has jurisdiction to give preliminary rulings concerning the validity and interpretation of EU acts, including Article 28(1) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.
