Clear safety information In which language do I have to provide the information listed in points F and G? You must make sure that these instructions and the safety information are in a language easily understood by consumers. This is determined by the Member State on whose market you place the product. Is this information mandatory in all cases? No, if the product can be used safely and as you intended without such instructions and safety information, then they are not mandatory. This is the case, for instance, for products that pose risks that are well known to consumers (e.g., knives).
