Section 296ZEA(6)

Subsections (5) to (8) of section 296ZE— apply to directions under subsection (3)(a) or (b) as they apply to directions under section 296ZE(3)(a) or (b), and apply to directions under subsection (5) as they apply to directions under section 296ZE(4).
