Schedule 22, paragraph 230(2)

For paragraph 16 of that Schedule there shall be substituted— Sections 30A, 30B, 30D, 30F, 30G, 30H(1), 31(4), (5), (8) and (9), 31A, 34 to 42B, 46 to 46D and 56(1) to (3) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974.
