Schedule 1, paragraph 52

The Further and Higher Education Act 1992 is amended as follows. In section 35— in subsection (1)(c)— for “section 84 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 138 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and for “Part VI” substitute “ Part XI ”, and in subsection (2), for “Schedule 13 to” substitute “ Chapter I of Part XIV of ”. In section 49(2)(b), for “section 81 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ Part XI of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”. In section 90(1), for “the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
