Schedule 3, paragraph 19

Section 85 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (relevant functions in relation to complaints scheme) is amended as follows. In subsection (4)— in paragraph (b), omit “64 or”; in paragraph (c)(i)— after “section” insert “ 63ZD, ”, and omit “64,”. In subsection (5)— omit paragraph (b); in paragraph (c)(i)— after “section” insert “ 63ZD, ”, and omit “64,”.
