In each place— for “contract for the transfer of goods” substitute “ relevant contract for the transfer of goods ”; for “contract for the hire of goods” substitute “ relevant contract for the hire of goods ”; for “contract for the supply of a service” substitute “ relevant contract for the supply of a service ”.
