Section 166

In section 16 of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 (verification of registrable beneficial owners and managing officers), in subsection (2), after paragraph (c) insert— requiring the registrar not to make available for public inspection certain information delivered to the registrar by virtue of the regulations;
